Brand

Last updated on March 24, 2026

The Brand settings page allows you to globally configure the visual identity of your Apoyo workspace. By setting your company name, brand colors, and logos here, you ensure a consistent experience across your Chat Widget, Feedback Board, and Help Center.

Key Features

  • General Brand Details: Set your company's display name and primary accent color.
  • Logo & Icon Management: Upload your primary company logo and a compact company icon.
  • Public Portal Assets: Configure where your portal logos link to and set a custom browser favicon (Premium).

How to Use

Configuring General Brand Settings

  1. Company Name: Enter your business name in the text field. This name is displayed across your Feedback Board and Help Center.
  2. Brand Color: Choose your primary brand color using the color picker, or by typing a hex code directly into the input box. This color is used globally for primary buttons, links, and widget accents.

Uploading Logos and Icons

  1. Company Logo: Click Upload Image under the Company Logo section to add your primary logo. This image will be displayed in headers and standard portals.
  2. Company Icon: Click Upload Image under the Company Icon section. This icon is displayed in the top left corner of your chat widget.

Customizing Public Portals

These settings apply specifically to your public-facing Feedback Board and Help Center:

  1. Logo Destination URL: Enter a specific website URL (e.g., https://yourwebsite.com). When users click your logo in your public portals, they will be redirected to this link instead of the default portal homepage.
  2. Custom Favicon (Premium): If you are on the Premium plan, you can click Upload Favicon to add a custom icon that will be shown in the browser tab of your portals. You can easily remove this asset later by clicking the red Remove button.

Saving Changes

Once you have finished configuring your brand assets, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save Changes button to apply your updates globally.

Important Notes

  • File Size Limits: Any image uploaded for your Company Logo or Company Icon must be less than 5MB in size.
  • Premium Features: The Custom Favicon upload is restricted to workspaces on the Premium plan.
  • Permissions: Only Workspace Owners have the permission to modify and save brand settings. All input fields will be disabled if you do not have owner access.
