The Premium page allows you to upgrade your workspace to unlock advanced features or manage your existing subscription. By upgrading, you gain full control over your brand and turn your documentation into a powerful SEO engine.

- Premium Upgrades: Subscribe to the Premium plan for $25/mo to unlock white-labeling, custom domains, and SEO optimization.
- Remove Branding: Eliminate the "Powered by Apoyo" watermark from both your chat widget and public help center.
- Custom Domains & SEO: Connect your own domain (e.g.,
help.yourwebsite.com) and benefit from out-of-the-box SEO optimization for your help center pages. - Billing Management: Access the secure Stripe Customer Portal to manage your active subscription, payment methods, and billing history.
How to Use
Subscribing to Premium
- If your workspace is on the free tier, navigate to the Premium page to view the "Upgrade to Premium" offerings.
- Review the list of included features (Remove All Branding, Custom Domain & SEO).
- Click the Subscribe Now button at the bottom of the feature list.
- You will be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page to complete your payment.
Managing an Active Subscription
- If your workspace is already upgraded, navigating to the Premium page will display your active "Billing & Subscription" details.
- Click the Manage Billing via Stripe button.
- You will be redirected to the secure Stripe Customer Portal where you can update your payment details, download past invoices, or modify your subscription.
Important Notes (or Pro Tips)
- Owner Permissions Required: Only Workspace Owners can subscribe to Premium or manage billing settings. If you are not the owner, the upgrade and management buttons will be disabled.
- Secure Payments: All transactions and billing details are securely handled and powered by Stripe.
- Cancel Anytime: Subscriptions are managed on a month-to-month basis, and you can cancel your Premium plan at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal.
