The Voice Agent page allows you to configure real-time voice conversations for your chat widget, letting visitors speak directly with your AI assistant.

How to Use
Enabling Voice Calls
Locate the Enable Voice Calls section at the top of the settings panel. Click the toggle switch to allow or disallow visitors from initiating voice conversations with your AI agent.
Selecting a Voice
In the Voice section, you can choose the persona and tone of your AI assistant.
- Browse the grid of available voice options (such as Alloy, Ash, Coral, Sage, Verse, etc.). Each option includes a brief description of its tone (e.g., "Warm and conversational" or "Clear and friendly").
- Click the speaker icon on any voice card to hear a real-time audio preview.
- Click directly on the voice card to select and set it as your active agent voice.
Setting Maximum Call Duration
To prevent individual visitors from burning through your monthly minutes, use the Max Call Duration dropdown. You can configure calls to automatically end after:
- 2 minutes
- 5 minutes
- 10 minutes
- 15 minutes
- 20 minutes
- 30 minutes
Tracking Your Usage
Scroll down to the Usage section to view your current billing cycle's statistics. This area displays your total monthly allowance and features a progress bar showing exactly how many minutes you have used versus how many remain. The progress bar will automatically change color (to amber, then red) as you get closer to your limit.
Important Notes
- Permissions: Only Workspace Owners can enable/disable voice calls, change the voice model, or adjust the maximum call duration. If you are not an owner, these inputs will be disabled and read-only.
- Monthly Allowances: The free plan includes 10 minutes of voice calls per month. Upgrading to the premium plan increases this limit to 60 minutes per month.
- Reset Cycle: Your minute allowance automatically resets on the 1st of each month.
