- Custom Domain: Connect your own domain (e.g.,
help.yourwebsite.com) to host your public documentation. - Appearance Customization: Upload a custom logo and favicon for your public help center portal.
- Article Analytics: View quick, at-a-glance stats on how many views, upvotes (helpful), and downvotes (failed) each article has received.
- Categories Link: A quick shortcut to manage the categories that organize your articles.

Important Notes (or Pro Tips)

- Premium Features: Connecting a custom domain and uploading a custom favicon require an active Premium plan. If you are on the free plan, you can still view your portal using the default URL provided.
- DNS Propagation: DNS changes for custom domains can take up to 48 hours to propagate globally. You can monitor the verification status directly in the Domain panel.
- Article Badges: In your article list, you will see badges indicating the current state of an article, such as Draft, Archived, Scheduled, or Private (private articles train the AI but are hidden from the public portal).
