Integrations
The Integrations page allows you to connect your Apoyo workspace with external third-party services. By setting up these connections, you can route support tickets to your team's internal communication tools and send captured lead data directly to your CRM.
Key Features
- Slack Integration: Route incoming user tickets directly to a designated Slack channel and reply to them from within Slack.
- Lead Capture Webhook: Automatically send captured leads directly to automation platforms like Zapier, Make.com, or your own custom CRM.
How to Use
Connecting Slack
- Locate the Slack card on the Integrations page.
- Click the black Connect Slack button. This will redirect you to authorize the connection between Apoyo and your Slack workspace.
- Once successfully authenticated, the card will update to display a green Connected badge.
Disconnecting Slack
If you need to stop routing tickets to Slack or want to change the connected workspace:
- Locate the Slack card (which should currently show as "Connected").
- Click the red Disconnect button.
Configuring a Lead Capture Webhook
To automatically forward lead data (such as names and emails) collected by your chat widget:
- Locate the Lead Capture Webhook card.
- Paste your destination webhook URL into the input field (e.g., a catch hook URL provided by Zapier or Make.com).
- Click the black Save Webhook button to activate the integration.
Important Notes (or Pro Tips)
- Webhook Input Validation: The Save Webhook button will remain disabled until you type or paste a URL into the input field. Ensure you provide a complete, valid URL (starting with
https://). - Concurrent Usage: You can actively use both the Slack integration and the Lead Capture Webhook simultaneously to fully automate both your support and sales routing.
